Tuna Salad
A quick and light meal using fresh ingredients and a splash of vinegar for a delightful tang.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. While eggs are boiling, dice cucumbers and onions
  2. Drain tuna and mix with cucumbers and onion. Add a splash of vinegar and spices
  3. After eggs are cooled and peeled, dice and add to mixture
  4. Add mayo to taste and mix well.
  5. Chill until ready to serve. (I find letting the mixture sit a bit gives a better flavor)
